Anatoli Hotel Santorini

Anatoli Hotel has been built over an old winery, the construction date of which has not yet been precisely defined. Passed from generation to generation, my grandfather Eftichios and my father Marinos found was a forgotten Canava with intense smells and memories lingering from better days of the past.They came about the idea of a hotel in the area when many years later the first archaeologists made Santorini famous with the great archaeological discovery in Akrotiri and the unique volcano. And in 1987 my father built in an old cave house the first and main building of the hotel and so, everything started.
With respect to the history and tradition of the old "canava" and the local architecture my husband and I renovated and transformed the premises to offer our guests an original Greek hospitality along with modern conforts.
